We Launch A Health Book For Over 50’S

We have just produced an interesting book on the health issues that most over 50s need to manage.

As people in their 50s, 60s and 70s generally have a range of health issues that are different to both younger and older age groups, we felt there was a need for a book that addressed these particular challenges and opportunities.

The book is called “How to stay Healthy, Active and Sharp in Retirement” and it’s written by 15 leading health experts.

Rather than accept the dismal story that life is all downhill in our older years, this book explains how it is possible to both delay the ageing process and enjoy a better quality of life in our later years.  The book covers both physical and mental health issues because they are both intimately connected.
