We made the point that most images of retirement show happy carefree couples enjoying retirement together. The reality is that many people enter retirement as singles with all the new adventures and challenges that can bring. And of course, many enter retirement as a couple and then through death and divorce become single. So, we were pleased to be part of the interesting discussion on “singledom”.
